Agio does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. No data about you is sent to the developer, ever.
Your chosen currencies, their order, the amount you last typed, and your appearance preference are saved on your device using Android's standard app preference storage. The most recent exchange rates are cached in the app's private storage. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
If you have Google's backup for apps switched on, Android may include your currency selection in your device backup, and in a transfer to a new device. That is handled entirely by Android and Google, not by Agio, and the developer has no access to it. Cached exchange rates are deliberately excluded from backup.
You can turn this off in Android's own settings, under System, Backup.
To show exchange rates, Agio requests public rate data from these providers:
These are unauthenticated requests for public data. They contain no information identifying you or your device, and they do not say which currencies you are looking at. As with any internet request, the provider and its network can see the IP address it came from. Agio has no control over those providers' own logging; their policies are linked above.
Agio makes roughly one such request per day.
Agio requests internet access, to fetch rates, and the billing permission Google Play requires in order to offer a purchase. Nothing else. It does not ask for your location, contacts, storage, camera or identity.
Agio Pro is sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment and Agio never sees your payment details. Whether you own Pro is determined by asking Google Play on your device. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Agio collects nothing from anyone, children included.
Exchange rates shown in Agio are daily reference rates from the providers listed above. They are for information only, are not intended for trading, and will not match the rate any particular bank or transfer service gives you.
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
